Their Internet Marketing campaign has been ongoing for years but has changed as the Internet technology has changed. Some of the changes have included e-mail marketing and social media as well as non-profit events such as their Pay-It-Forward-Day in 2011.
Crescent Manufacturing's fastener clients had nothing but good things to say about the original re-design, however in 2011 times had changed and a new website that was very different from the original design was under way with a strategy to maintain the Search Engine visibility that has taken years to achieve with the second design below.

Similarly with Total Quality Corporation, the food and beverage inspection business has grown since 1982 with more services and industries served. Likewise the website has changed. Joyce's original involvement with Total Quality Corporation fondly aka TQC in 2009 with with WSI when the website was redesigned to incorporate a broad number of industries served. In 2011 the re-design is using new technology but going back to the core business of inspections for food and beverage as well as pharmaceuticals and personal care/cosmetics. The samples of these changes are not intended to show new and improved designs but to show how businesses change on the Internet.

Joyce provides training programs and classes for business owners looking to begin marketing on the Internet. Her classes include Search Engine Optimization 101, Pay-Per-Click Advertising 101.
Joyce has technology experiences in custom software, implementations and support. She is an accomplished project manager, Internet business analyst, management consulting, business process reengineering, application development, and software selection.
